TITAN ATHLETICS LLC – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Titan Athletics LLC website, services, programs, events, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, registering for, or participating in any Titan Athletics LLC Services, you (“Participant,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

1. Services

Titan Athletics LLC provides but not limited to athletic training, camps, combines, recruiting support, and related services designed to assist athletes in their athletic and personal development. All Services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at the sole discretion of Titan Athletics LLC.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Titan Athletics LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke participation to any individual for providing false information or for any conduct deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the program.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic training, camps, and combines involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. By participating in any Titan Athletics LLC Services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. Medical Responsibility

Participants certify that they are physically able to participate in athletic activities. Titan Athletics LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. In the event of an emergency, you authorize Titan Athletics LLC to seek medical treatment on your behalf.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated by Titan Athletics LLC. Titan Athletics LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at its discretion.

6. Data Collection and Use

By registering for or participating in Titan Athletics LLC Services, you consent to the collection, use, and distribution of personal and athletic data, including but not limited to:

- Name, school, and graduation year  

- Height, weight, and position  

- Verified performance metrics  

- Video, images, and media content  

Such information may be:

- Displayed on Titan Athletics LLC platforms  

- Shared with college coaches, recruiters, and athletic programs  

- Used for promotional, marketing, and recruiting purposes  

7. Media Release

You grant Titan Athletics LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to capture, use, reproduce, distribute, and display photographs, video recordings, and other media obtained during participation in Services for marketing, promotional, and recruiting purposes.

8. Parent/Guardian Consent (Required for Minors)

If the Participant is under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) must complete registration and agree to these Terms on behalf of the Participant.

By registering a minor, the Guardian:

- Represents and warrants that they are the legal parent or guardian of the Participant  

- Consents to the Participant’s involvement in all Titan Athletics LLC Services  

- Acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with participation on behalf of the Participant  

- Authorizes Titan Athletics LLC to collect, use, and share the Participant’s personal and athletic data as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy  

- Grants permission for the Participant’s image, video, and performance data to be used for recruiting and promotional purposes  

- Agrees to be financially responsible for all fees associated with the Participant’s registration  

The Guardian further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Titan Athletics LLC from any claims arising from the Participant’s involvement in Services.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Titan Athletics LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content; materials, branding, logos, systems, and proprietary processes associated with Titan Athletics LLC are the exclusive property of Titan Athletics LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Athletics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in any Services, including but not limited to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titan Athletics LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Titan Athletics LLC website or platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services. Titan Athletics is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party entities.

14. Modifications to Terms

Titan Athletics LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
